4. Made-to-Order (Printful) Products
Products fulfilled by our partner Printful are custom-made upon order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipping information (name, address, etc.) is accurate. We are not liable for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you upload content for customization, you warrant that you own the rights to such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
5. Imported Food Products
For imported food items, the customer is responsible for reviewing all product information, including ingredient lists and allergen warnings, before purchasing. We are not liable for customs delays, import duties, or additional taxes levied by the destination country. We are not responsible for spoilage that occurs after a package has been delivered and left unattended in conditions outside our control.
